Well-maintained and stunningly beautiful hotel with good prices. Thanks to the superfriendly staff everything was perfect, including a lot ofoutstanding food. Brand-new beautifully decorated room in terms of comfort for international standards. Had pretty nice a safe box and TV. Amazing location just next door to the restaurant, el eje cafetero, and the mountains, and incredible breakfast. Ideal place for exploring Armenia...

Great antique hotel, absolutely fabulous views of the mountains and hills across el eje cafetero. Outstandingly accommodating staff during my stay. The rooms with a Colonial decor. Amazing pool, parking onsite. Not to mention GREAT wifi! Gorgeous location to explore Armenia and good service. Really enjoyed nice enough area.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled in the heart of a coffee plantation. The views from the pool are absolutely stunning, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding hills. The rooms, with their charming decor and garden views, provide a truly immersive experience. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Everything exceeded my expectations.

Location: the hotel was right by the northern Salento and Filandia and el eje cafetero and the garden. My a double room was brand-new in terms of comfort for international standards. The room had a personal safe and multi-channel television.

Everything was just perfect!

The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the beautiful surroundings. The pool was amazing with a great view too. We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby area, and the complementary coffee tour was excellent. On top of that, there were two other wonderful complementary facts which we particularly appreciated.

Unfortunately there were some drawbacks to our stay. The food was a bit hit or miss, with some items not meeting our expectations, but the staff were quick to make things right.

The coffee tour provided by the hotel was absolutely fascinating! We learned about the basket weaving process, tasted different coffees, and even got to see the coffee farming process up close. The tour guide was knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its engaging activities and educational experiences.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location on a hill provided stunning views that took my breath away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and pampered. The room service was excellent, and they even offered a laundry service to make my stay more convenient. The airport shuttle was a great perk, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The in-room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities and an in-room safe for added convenience. the service and attention to detail here were exceptional.

Beautiful Grounds and Relaxing Atmosphere

The grounds of the hotel were stunning and well-maintained. The views were breathtaking and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The infinity pool was a highlight, as was the hot tub. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were very basic and lacked hot water in the shower. The amenities, especially the sauna, were not functioning properly and the jacuzzi was often cold.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, interesting coffee tour, excellent breakfast, free room upgrade.

Plus, the swimming pool and sauna offer a relaxing experience amidst stunning views of the hill opposite.

We enjoyed the authentic and well-maintained antique house in the middle of a coffee plantation, with stunning views from the infinity pool. The coffee tour was really interesting and informative with a knowledgeable and kind guide, Robinson. The staff, including Oscar, were professional and extremely nice. Finally, we loved the attention to detail, such as the breakfast and cleanliness.
